My grandfather is Douglas Blake Cribbie (born in 1930 unsure of date, we believe he died in 1990 but I was only 2 so I'm not positive), he was married to Marion Joyce Hamilton. I've been unable to find any information about who my great grandfather (Doug's father) may be. Doug only had one child, named Kenneth Blake Cribbie (b. 1949) who is my father.
My father is Ronald Andrew Cribbie. My grandfather was James Cribbie. My grandmother was Doris May McCauley (unsure if spelling is correct). My father's brothers are William Gerald Cribbie (deceased), Kenneth Cribbie, Roger Starr, Lawney Starr and, Roger Starr. His sister was Marlyn Cribbie. Please help with my family tree if you can.
I am interested in knowing more about the graveyard called Townline, or Yearly or Chalmers near Axe Lake, Parry Sound. My great-grandfather, James Dailey, is buried there. Is the graveyard still in use? Is there a church connected with it?

I am Looking for information regarding Paul Dane. He came to Canada from Ireland in 1868 and settled on Tondern Island (which is now Beaumaris). He died on October 21, 1872 and I believe he was buried in the Church of England cemetery although I cannot find any facts to support the location of the burial site. I would particularly like to know his Irish history and that connection to the McCarthy family prior to their arrival in Canada.

The WW2 service record for Sydney George Deverell suggests he married twice in Canada and 2nd divorce around 1943/4 First divorce presumably early 1930s. Voters lists show first wife Eva in Muskoka area up to 1979 Second wife was called Ethel and there was daughter Shirley born mid-1930s. Shirley address as next of kin in WW2 given as c/o Miss Emma Colwell, Brighton, Ontario I’m Waiting for more Ontario Vital Records to go online. Sydney’s Residence in 1939 was probably in Toronto, Funston Ave.
Ada Walker Eddie was my gr. grandmother. She came to Canada in 1882 as a 14 yr. old to work for Joseph & Helen Eddie. In 1885 she married their son, Robert Eddie. Her maiden name was Ada Walker. I am looking for any information pertaining to her travel arrangements from England and placement in the Eddie home. Would welcome any information about Ada. I am looking any information on my Great grandfather's brother Benjamin Stephen Elliott who I know marrried a Florence Pittman (father William Pittman a local Blacksmith) in Bracebridge in 1912. Benjamin immigrated to Canada from England in 1885 when he was about 1, but not with his natural parents.
