Yes, your grandfather Nicholas was born in Calgary Alberta re 1921 census.

Perhaps they died. Their birth and death registrations will not be on line yet as they are ‘current’ by Canadian government privacy laws.
1921 census was the last one released.Alberta had a 1926 census and there is one Budney family on it but no Nicholas. Maybe the local newspaper would have more information on the families.

Nick and Elaine are in that cemetery as well as their daughter Elizabeth.
Rudy passed in 2001 and Helen in 2018. He was born 1926 and her 1929. She was born in Toronto and he was born in Southwood I believe. Nick was born in Alberta I believe and I’m unsure of Elaine.

Last census released was 1921. There are no Budneys listed on 1921 census and one Rudy Armstrong, b 1894 with wife Anna living in Perth South. What years were they born and where?
