A General Inquiry

Hi everyone. I'm trying to find the exact location of the Scarr Family Burial Place. The only location information I have found is that is located on the former farm of Manly Scarr, Burpee Road, Ferguson Township. My great-great grandparents James and Elizabeth Scarr are buried there. I can't find Burpee Road on Google Maps. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You likely have all the following information.
I have looked up Elizabeth Scarr’s death registration and it says she was buried in Zebra Cemetery and died in the village of Zebra. She was living in Boakview. Son M S Scarr was living in Waubamick.
Waubamick and Boakview seem to be the same place.
On findagrave it says that Zebra Cemetery and Scarr Family Burial Cemetery are one and the same. Unfortunately it says that the cemetery currently has no description. Did find something that said it was in Ferguson Tsp.
East Burpee is now part if Whitestone Tsp.
On 1911 census they were living on Lot 11, Concession 8, Ferguson if that helps any. The census addresses were hard to read so won’t guarantee that adress.
I have not been able to find a Burpee Road either.
Sorry to not been of more help.

Only Burpee Road I could find is on Manitoulin Island. There is also a place called Burpee there as well. Don’t think it is what you are looking for though.

From the Huntsville Forester, December 20, 2003:

In the same area, Stanley Scarr, the former caretaker of the Scarr Family Cemetery, asked Township to take over the maintaining the graveyard. It is located on the Bunny Trail, about six kilometres off of Lorimer Lake Road.
