June 30, 2015 I am researching the history of the Taplin family, starting with Albert Taplin, b. Draper in 1917, still living in Draper in the 1921 census. He joined the Canadian army that fought in Korea in the 1950's, married a Canadian girl called Helen Park in Vancouver, where they had three children.
I would appreciate any information of his family during his early years

The Archives of Ontario website has information re.the public release times of birth, marriage and death registrations. The Archives of Ontario should now hold Albert's birth registration (release from the Registratar General's Office in Thunder Bay). Both Ancestry and Family Search require time to capture the most recent releases - sometimes two or three years..
