Directions	Travel south along Highway 11 from Gravenhuirst to Kilworthy Road. Kilworthy Road is about 8 km south of Gravenhurst and 7.5 km north of Severn Bridge. The cemetery is located on the west side of the highway where it meets Kilworthy Road. If you are travelling north along Highway 11, you will need to pass the cemetery to Sedore Road where you will be able to turn south.

The Symington family moved Ireland and settled in Morrison Township in 1859. The plaque at the cemetery entrance is dedicated to the family who donated the property in 1862. You might notice that there are few Symington’s buried here. That is because they had moved onto the Canadian West and the United States.
