Eccleston, Ecclestone

I am searching for a birth record or baptismal record for my great grandmother, Jane Eccleston, born to her parents John Eccleston and Mary Dacre Eccleston on August 6, 1876 most likely in or near Parry Sound. John Eccleston was a blacksmith and appeared on both the 1871 and 1881 Canadian Censuses. In 1871, John and Mary and their three eldest children (all born in England) resided in Etobicoke; in 1881, they and their eight children (including Jane) had relocated to Collingwood. I have found Methodist baptismal records for Jane's older Ontario born siblings stating that they were born in Essa and Hagerman, and I have found a birth registration for Jane's younger sister, Hannah, born in Parry Sound in 1878 so I have reason to believe that the family did reside there for a time. Family records for Jane (and her own reports on marriage and birth certificates) all indicate that she was born in Parry Sound, but so far I have been unable to confirm with a birth registry or baptismal record. Any suggestions are most welcome!
