A Surname Inquiry
Wilson, Still
Looking for death info on great grandfather, William Isaac Wilson, moved to Burk's Falls around 1878. Wife Ann Miller, large family. Son William Isaac (Ike)Wilson was my grandfather. Married Catherine Still who came from Mono Centre. Date,place of wedding. She had quadruplet girls born 1909 or 1910. died at 3 weeks old. My mom, Mary Cathering Wilson born there in 1905. They moved to Raymore, Saskatchewan between 1911 & 1914. Thanks for any help. Believe I have 2nd cousins still living in Burk's Falls. Shirley Redfern, Calgary, Alberta.

Unfortunately, quite a period of time has past since your posting. It interested me because the background relates to generations which predate my connection to the Wilsons, who had eventually lived in Raymore SK. and eventually other areas of SK, AB and BC.
Over the past few years, I have lost family members who may have had more knowledge of the family than I have been able to track. However, I may have
some information which could fill in some of the gaps and would be interested in connecting with you more directly, which may benefit both of us in our search for the background and progression of the Wilson family.

Not sure if you’ll get this message I think this is pretty old. I’m sorry I don’t have any information on your great grandfathers passing but I was hoping to connect with you as I believe I live in the house he built or had built in Burks falls. My home was built in 1898 and is one of the oldest ones in the area. I love finding out about the history of it and some what I could find online i beleive it was your family who was originally here.
